Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 1–2 business days within the Netherlands. International orders may take 2–7 business days depending on the destination.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on your destination. Free shipping is available above a certain order value in selected countries.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order via the Shop app.
I didn't receive my order confirmation
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still haven't received it, contact our customer service and we'll be happy to assist.
My package hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Please first check the tracking information and ask your neighbors. If there is no update or your parcel appears delayed, contact the shipping carrier or us and we'll investigate.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Contact us to start a return.
How do I exchange a product?
Send us a message via our contact page and we'll arrange an exchange for a different size or item.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including: iDEAL, PayPal, Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard), Klarna (where available), Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, MobilePay, Union Pay.
Is it safe to pay on your website?

Do you partner up with Breakers (trading cards)?
We sometimes work together with Breakers. Send us an email with your request + business information and we can discuss further.
Do you sponsor sport clubs and/or events?
Yes, we already sponsor multiple American Sports clubs. Please send us an email for any sponsor requests.
