Refund policy
Customers at American Sportstore have the right to return a product within 30 days. To do so, please complete our return form within 30 days. After receiving your return request, we will assess whether your product qualifies for return. Once approved, the product must be received by American Sportstore within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Conditions for returning your product:
- The product must be undamaged;
- Unworn and in its original packaging – where reasonably possible;
- If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation in value. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returned;
- A return request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt;
- Personalized products cannot be returned.
Can I exchange my product for another product?
Yes, this is possible. Please indicate this in your return request and specify which product, size, and color you would like.
Please note that prices may vary between products; any additional costs will be charged.
Can I get a refund if I return a product?
Yes, this is possible if the product is returned undamaged, in its original packaging, and within the specified timeframe. Indicate on the return form that you would like a refund. The amount will be refunded to you within 5 working days after we receive the product.
Received the wrong item?
Did you receive the wrong product? Our apologies—we will resolve this for you as quickly as possible. We will reimburse the return shipping costs and send you the correct product. Please indicate on your return form that you received the wrong item.
